Join our certified instructor on a journey of strengthening, conditioning through progressing ballet technique. This is a Pilates based exercise with ballet and dance at the core.
This class is for complete beginners to intermediate. No previous dance experience needed. An enjoyable, low impact but full of strengthening to build specific muscle groups that will support the correct alignment of the body for balance, posture and control of movement.
This exercise is also great for rehabilitating injuries and it is great for injury prevention.
All done in a fun friendly environment. EVERYONE welcome
